PAYMENT
- Minimum 50% deposit to confirm bookings and services. *NON NEGOTIABLE
- Final payment to be made either by bank wire and reached our account no less than 10 days before the event OR paid cash in Thai baht (no other currencies are accepted) BEFORE event start. If this is not fulfilled we will not use any of our equipment or services, *NON NEGOTIABLE
- If any transfer has been made and not yet reached our account that payment is counted as NOT YET PAID and will be sent back when arrive. Payment will then have to be made in cash.
- Payments are ONLY to be made directly to your main contact person from our company. Payments handed to anyone else, performer, staff, villa owner or else, will be seen as unpaid.
- IF cash payment is trying to be made in USD, there will be 20% extra added to conversion rate at our bank at the time or payment.
- Failed payment will lead to legal actions being taken.
- Any cancellation with less than 31 days prior to the event will be fully charged.
- If the venue is changed after confirmation there might be extra fee for any extra work this might cause. This also applies if location within a resort or villa is changed. This is because the price you are given depend on how easy or hard a location is to reach.
- If any service or services cannot be provided due to weather related reasons the client agrees and understand that we are not to be held accountable for any losses and full price is still to be paid for all services.
In case of rain it’s understood that loading off equipment and setting up can be delayed or completely cancelled.
If it starts to rain during the event equipment might have to be turned off for protection reasons. If cables are wet after rain stops it can also be needed to keep them off while them dries.
Rain does not mean equipment will be moved or kept on, this depend on setup, venue and overall plans and it’s up to us to decide what is safe. Moving equipment for any reason is not a free service. It is up to the clients to provide a rain proof area to be guaranteed rain isn’t delaying or interrupting events. Therefor we do also supply marquees for rent.- For any client who argue equipment is safe in rain we might offer the opportunity to sign an extra agreement where client will be heof fully financial responsible for any equipment damages and pay a security fee cash up front in accordance to equipment value.
